1. Payments and Billing

Payment Methods: We accept all methods processed by Stripe. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

Third-Party Processors: Payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to their terms of service.

2. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Policy: We ship within the continental USA. Estimated delivery times are contingent upon the shipping method chosen & whether something is listed as in stock or pre-order, but are not guaranteed.

Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

3. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Return Window: You may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Plants, Seeds, or any live material is Final Sale. However, a plant whose health declines within 7 days of receipt may be eligible for exchange or credit at the discretion of the merchant.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exceptions: Plants, seeds, Final sale items, personalized goods, or perishables cannot be returned.
